Well folks, I am writing to you from Tucson to share some exciting news: I just picked up a shiny set of keys for my new Tucson bankruptcy law office! Many of you know that I have spent a lot of time in Tucson. In fact, much of my career as a bankruptcy lawyer was spent serving chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy clients in Pima County.

My new office is actually part of the same law office suite, conveniently located inside of the TransAmerica building in downtown Tucson.

Can you see me waving from my new office?

For those interested (i.e. my mom), I just love the city of Tucson. In between 341 hearings and free bankruptcy consultations, I spent the day running errands and enjoying all that Tucson has to offer. In many ways, it reminds me of my alma mater and left me feeling a little nostalgic.

The highlight of my afternoon? A wonderfully obscene lunch at Lindy’s on 4th. Those loyal fans of Man V. Food probably have an inkling as to the nature of this place. Words do not suffice (though the words “cheesy tater-tots” do come close), so I will leave you with this:

No, I did not attempt the food challenge.

Now, here is the part of my blog post where I get to the shameless plug (bear with me, please). If you currently reside in Pima county and are struggling with debt-related issues, considered meeting with an honest bankruptcy attorney. Filing for bankruptcy protection has numerous benefits in today’s faltering economy. Did you know that filing for bankruptcy protection can help with the following:
