The bankruptcy court at which your case is handled is determined by your address at the time of filing.

Phoenix Bankruptcy Court
The Phoenix Bankruptcy Court is located in heart of downtown phoenix in Maricopa County. Specifically, it can be found on the southwest corner of 1st Avenue and Van Buren Street. It now offers convenient light rail access and several public parking lots in the close vicinity.
Tucson Bankruptcy Court
The Tucson Bankruptcy Court is located in downtown Tucson and serves residents of Pima county. It is located near the 1-10 and Congress exit, on the northwest corner of Broadway and Scott. Several public parking lots are located in the vicinity of the bankruptcy court.
Yuma bankruptcy court
The Yuma Bankruptcy Court is located on 19th Street in Yuma, Arizona in Yuma County. Yuma is located in the southwester corner of the the state of Arizona, near the borders of California to the west and Mexico to the south. Yuma Bankruptcy Court serves the residents in this portion of the state. Parking is conveniently available on site.
Prescott Bankruptcy Court
The Prescott Bankruptcy Court consists of a single courtroom located on the second floor of the U.S. Post Office Building in downtown Prescott. All communications, both phone and mail, should be directed to the Phoenix locations as court occurs only once monthly.
Flagstaff Bankruptcy Court
The Flagstaff Bankruptcy Court is located in the U.S Magistrate Courtroom within a building on San Francisco St. All communications, both phone and mail, should be directed to the Phoenix locations as court is only held quarterly. Arizona Bankruptcy Court Help Center
The Court also provides walk-in Self Help Centers for visitors who are seeking more information about how the bankruptcy process works in Arizona. In Phoenix, the Self Help Center is located on the 6th floor of the U.S. Bankruptcy Courthouse located at 230 N. 1st Avenue. In Tucson, the Self Help Center is located in Room 247 of the James A. Walsh Courthouse at 38 S. Scott Ave.
The current hours of operation in Phoenix and Tucson are from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily. In Phoenix, the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Arizona provides volunteer attorneys every Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and every Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., who will consult with individuals for 20 – 30 minutes without charge concerning their bankruptcy situation. In Tucson, the volunteer attorneys are available by appointment only.
Appointments may be scheduled in person at the Courthouse, or by calling 520-202-7500 or 800-556-9224. This service is available to individuals who have filed or are considering filing a chapter 7 or chapter 13 case and to someone who may be an individual creditor in a bankruptcy case.
